At Soul Salvation International Ministries, we value the generosity of every individual who supports our mission. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued, ensuring clarity and fairness for all transactions processed through our ministry.

Our Commitment

SSIM is committed to handling all financial transactions with integrity and transparency. While all giving to the ministry is deeply appreciated, we understand that errors, cancellations, and exceptional circumstances arise. This Policy exists to address those situations with grace and clarity.

All refund requests are reviewed individually and processed with care. We aim to respond to all requests within 5 business days.

Charitable Donations

Voluntary donations — including tithes, offerings, and general ministry contributions — are gifts to God and to the furtherance of the Gospel. As such, they are generally non-refundable once processed.

However, SSIM may consider a refund of a charitable donation in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate transactions: If the same donation was processed more than once due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
Unauthorized transactions: If a payment was made without your authorization or as a result of fraud, contact us immediately for investigation and resolution.
Incorrect amount: If a donation was submitted in an amount significantly different from what was intended due to a data entry error, we will review and consider a refund of the difference.

Refund requests for charitable donations must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date.

Event Registrations

Registration fees for SSIM conferences, retreats, seminars, and special programs are subject to the following refund schedule:

14 or more days before the event: Full refund, less a 5% administrative processing fee.
7 to 13 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee paid.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund. However, your registration may be transferred to another person upon written request.
Event cancelled by SSIM: Full refund issued automatically within 7 business days, with no administrative fee deducted.
Event rescheduled by SSIM: Registrations will be transferred to the new date. If the new date does not work for you, a full refund will be offered.

Ministry Resources & Products

Physical products such as books, CDs, devotional materials, and ministry merchandise are eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

The item is returned within 14 days of receipt in its original, unopened condition.
The item was received damaged or defective — in this case, a full replacement or refund will be offered regardless of when it is reported.
The wrong item was shipped — SSIM will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost.

Digital products (downloadable audio, video, e-books, or online course access) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as delivery is immediate and cannot be reversed.

Recurring Giving

If you have set up a recurring donation or giving plan and wish to cancel it, you may do so at any time by contacting us at support@ssiministries.org or through your online giving account. Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days before the next scheduled transaction to prevent that payment from processing.

Refunds for recurring donations that have already processed will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the charitable donation guidelines in Section 2.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us using any of the following methods and include the details listed below:

Please include the following in your request:

Your full name and contact information.
Date and amount of the transaction.
Transaction or confirmation number (if available).
Reason for the refund request.

Processing Timelines

Once a refund is approved, please allow the following processing times:

Credit / debit card refunds: 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
ACH / bank transfer refunds: 3 to 7 business days.
Check refunds: Up to 14 business days from the date of approval.

SSIM will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or have been billed multiple times for the same transaction, please contact us immediately at support@ssiministries.org. We will investigate promptly and, if confirmed, issue a full refund of any erroneous charges within 5 business days of confirmation.

SSIM reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
